The oil filter of the engine has a pressure difference when it is working, the pressure from the oil pump is high, and the pressure output to the main lubricating oil channel of the engine is slightly low. Through filter paper with large filtration capacity or new filter paper, this pressure difference is very small, so it can ensure full flow filtration. If the pressure difference is very large, so that the oil is blocked in the oil inlet end, the flow rate of the oil outlet is small, the main oil channel pressure is also small, which is very dangerous. In order to ensure the pressure supply of the main oil passage, the bottom of the oil filter is designed with a bypass valve. When the pressure difference is high to a certain extent, the bypass valve is opened, so that the oil does not filter through the filter paper directly into the main oil channel circulation. Now it’s not full stream filtering, it’s partial filtering. If the oil is deeply oxidized, the mud and glue cover the surface of the filter paper, and enter the bypass valve circulation mode without filter. Therefore, we should regularly change the oil and oil filter oh! At the same time, choose a good oil filter, do not figure cheap, buy a low filter grade.

1, the filter paper impurities and dirt too much. The flow rate at small speed can be filtered, and the bypass valve at large speed can be partially filtered.

2, after the filter paper through the ability to decline, the oil flow soared – for example, the speed suddenly mentioned 4000-5000 RPM, bypass valve open part of the filter.

3, do not change the oil for a long time, the oil filter paper hole is covered or blocked – so that any speed bypass valve is opened, and the idle speed may also be opened.
